Questions/Answers
How do I book a tour?
Our tours can only be booked and paid for via our website. Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt and an invoice which will allow you access to the Bus Cabriolet on the day of your trip. Don’t forget to include the first and last names of all passengers on the form: they will be checked by our driver on departure.
How can I book a private tour?
Our Cabriolet Bus can accommodate up to 20 people. If you are a large group, it may be advantageous to take it private as part of one of the 2 tours. What’s more, privatisation can enable you to programme a tailor-made tour. Don’t hesitate to contact us for an offer that meets your needs and expectations. The Bus Cabriolet is available exclusively with driver.
Where is the meeting point with the Bus Cabriolet?
Pick-up is at the Parc de l’Etoile, near the Rivétoile car park and the Étoile Bourse tram stop. A detailed map will be provided when you make your reservation. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will not be expected and their journey will not be refunded.
Is lunch included in the price?
No, our tours do not include lunch. You are free to have lunch wherever you wish during one of our stops. We plan longer stops in the middle of the day to allow people wishing to have lunch to do so.
Are children allowed on board?
Only children over the age of 4 are allowed on the bus. There are no age restrictions for privatised services.
Is it possible to make purchases during the stops?
Yes, you can make purchases and take them back on the bus.
Can the bus pick us up at our hotel?
Yes, if you are privatised, it is possible for the bus to pick you up and bring you back to wherever you wish in the Strasbourg area. Unless specific traffic restrictions apply, particularly in the centre of Strasbourg.
Are the tours guided?
Yes, all our tours are guided by audio guides on the bus, so you can benefit from explanations in your own language. At our stops, you will receive a detailed map of the area with all the points of interest to see in your free time. Your driver will also provide you with information on what to do and where to eat. If you would like a private tour, we can arrange for you to be accompanied by a tour guide. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
