Tour Alsace offers sightseeing tours in Alsace aboard panoramic open-top buses or luxury minivans. Our tours allow you to discover the most beautiful Alsatian villages, the Wine Route, Christmas markets, and iconic sites such as Colmar and Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle.

What are the starting points for your excursions?
Our departures are mainly from Strasbourg and Colmar, but it is possible to organize a personalized pick-up on request as part of a private booking.
What types of tours do you offer?
We organise :
- Shared tours in open-top buses or minivans with several stops in typical villages and cultural sites
- Private excursions in open-top buses or minivans for optimal comfort and a tailor-made itinerary
In which language(s) are the guided tours offered?
Panoramic bus tours are available in several languages via an audio guide system. The available language depends on the tour chosen – please see the tour details for more information. For private minivan tours, please contact us.
2. Booking & Organization
How do I book an excursion?
You can book directly online on our website by selecting the tour, date, and departure location. For group bookings or private events, please contact us for a personalized quote.
When should I arrive before departure?
We recommend arriving approximately 10 to 15 minutes before the stated time to allow yourself to settle in comfortably.
What does an excursion include?
Our tours include transportation, guided or audio-guided commentary, and stops to discover the picturesque villages, vineyards, and iconic monuments of Alsace. Some excursions may also include tastings or visits, depending on the chosen program. Lunch is not included in our tours.
Are the excursions suitable for children or people with reduced mobility?
Yes, children over 4 years old are welcome. For people with reduced mobility, we advise you to contact us in advance so that we can adapt the visit to your needs.

Yes, our open-top tourist buses have a sunroof which allows you to enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of the Alsatian landscapes, weather permitting.
What should I bring for the excursion?
We advise you to bring:

What happens in bad weather?

Yes, the cancellation and modification conditions are specified during the booking process. Please do not hesitate to contact us in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Is it possible to book a private excursion?
Yes, you can book a luxury minivan with a private driver-guide for a tailor-made excursion, or privatize a panoramic convertible bus for events (wedding, birthday, company trip, etc.).
Can the itinerary of a private tour be customized?
Yes, we create customized itineraries according to your wishes: discovery of listed villages, Alsace Wine Route, historical heritage, Christmas markets, etc.
Do you need to book a private vehicle well in advance?
It is recommended to book several weeks in advance, especially during peak tourist season, to guarantee the availability of the bus or minivan.
